Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees apply:

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

2. Cancellation by Osiram Safari Adventure

In the rare event that we need to cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to re-book for alternative dates.

3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the change and timing.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include postponement or credit for future travel.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect your investment.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us in writing via email at bookings@osiramsafari.com. Cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notice.
